Eric T. Olsson

For the last fifteen+ years I have had the pleasure of working at Under Armour in a variety of IT and operational leadership positions. During that time I have participated in the growth of the company from a starting place of ~$225 million in revenue to the $5+ billion company it is today.

Having had the good fortune to play a role in the marvelous history of Under Armour, I can hardly begin to describe the many challenges and interesting turns along the way. Please take a look at the Projects section of my site to read about some of the work I have done.

I bring a wealth of firsthand experience building and leading high performing teams at various levels of organizational maturity. I have led those teams through the successful launch and later management of a wide variety of tier one transactional systems 

(ERP, WMS, Retail, Ecommerce) and analytic platforms 

(EDW, visualization platforms, big data).

I was fortunate to undertake this work not only in my native country of the United States, but also as part of our International Leadership team as we launched Under Armour in Latin America, Asia and in many emerging markets countries. When I led our International IT organization, I lived in Panama City, Panama and traveled around the globe. 

I enjoy identifying talent and bringing together successful teams to attack aggressive goals and projects. My personality is one where I am happiest moving forward, building new and striving to take an organization to the next level. 

I am looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, executive leadership team with responsibility for either IT overall or with a focus on data and analytics. I welcome an opportunity to be part an organization where I can have a transformative impact.
